We are looking for a part-time and talented virtual assistant with an emphasis on marketing.
We are okay if you also do work for other companies, providing they are non-competing companies, however, you must be available when we need you
Your role with our company will be an important one.

You must have a fast Internet connection, and a reliable computer with the ability to communicate via Skype.
In addition to the duties that follow, you will be our contact person and researcher for other talent such as computer programmers, which we prefer to hire from the Philippines.
You will work directly with the president of our company.
You will be tested on a number of technologies that we have and use, including Dropbox, Box.net, TeamworksPM among others.
If you decide to apply for this position, those who meet our criteria will be contacted with a separate email link. This link will provide you with a secured upload access to our Cloud based server where you will be able to upload your resume or CV, a photograph of yourself, and any supporting documents to support your skill sets, including government ID.
This information will be destroyed after we select the appropriate candidate.
The finalists for this position will be required to undergo some testing.
You will be required to build a WordPress website, and select and rearrange files that are located on a cloud server, and open those files and create keywords, descriptions and tags.
As this is a combination administrative and marketing position, you will be required to submit a sample of a brochure, and provide us with a link to your Facebook page.
The more skills you possess that will enable our company to grow, the more work you will receive from us and the more you may be able to earn.
You will receive instructions by email, Skype, or by video, or by our project management system.
Administrative duties include
Identify, tag and file electronic documents
Convert word based documents into PDF document
Perform web research on a number of topics.
Read and send email.
Expert use of MS Word, Excel, and willing to learn others.
Be available to work commencing at 3 PM Pacific Standard Time during most business days, excluding weekends. However there may be times when you will be required work on weekends in place of the week days.
Type letters, create electronic documents and contracts using our templates
As well as other administrative duties
Maintain corporate websites using WordPress
Develop marketing materials including brochures and pamphlets
Work with other freelancers in developing copy for the website, a knowledge of Woothemes Canvas is a requirement.
Knowledge of gravity forms is also a requirement
Understanding Zapier triggers is also a requirement
Using our logo and designing leave behinds or things like T-shirts
Designing and maintaining our Facebook page.
Other duties as required
Please provide us with an expected wage, and available hours to work.
Our company believes in supporting our team, of which you shall be one of them.
Payment shall be every two weeks, and be made in the local currency and paid through PayPal.
